C)构件的拼接连接采用10.9级摩擦型连接高强度螺栓，连接接触面的处理采用钢丝刷清除浮锈；

Grade 10.9 friction-type connecting high-strength bolts for overlapping and connection of components; rust on the connection interfaces to be removed by steel wire brush;

D)柱混凝土强度等级为C30，锚栓为Q235钢；

The strength of column concrete shall be Grade C30, and anchor bolts shall be Q235 steel;

E)图中未注明的角焊缝最小焊脚尺寸为6mm，一律满焊；

The minimum fillet weld size of angle welding lines not indicated in the drawing shall be 6mm, and full welding shall be selected;

F)对接焊缝的焊缝质量不低于二级；

The quality of butt welding lines shall not be less than Grade II;

G)钢结构的制作和安装需按照钢结构工程施工及验收规范，(GB50205)的有关规定进行施工；

The fabrication and installation of steel structures must comply with related regulations of Code for Acceptance of Construction Quality of Steel Structures (GB50205);

H)钢构件表面除锈后用两道红丹打底，构件的防火等级按建筑要求处理;

The surfaces of steel components upon rust removing must be rendered with two layers of red lead, and the fire rating of components must comply with the relevant construction requirements;

I)压型钢板采用单层角驰Ⅲ型镀锌彩钢板,厚度0.5mm.

Monolayer Type III galvanized color-coated steel plates to be used as profiled steel plates, 0.5mm thick.

J)在钢结构单体施工图中,所有未注明的钢板切角均为20.

In the shop drawing of steel structure unit, all cutting angles of steel plates not indicated shall be 20.

K)所有钢结构构件必须按1:1放样,待确定无误后方可下料制作施工.

All components of steel structures must be laid out in the proportion of 1:1, and feeding, fabrication and construction cannot commence until confirmed as inerrable.

1.分仓缝做法：缝宽15中嵌胶泥

2.成品库地面做法:

a)150厚C15素砼(表面撒1：1水泥砂子压实抹光)

b)300厚3:7级配砂石夯实

6、回填土必须夯实，压实系数>0.94，深度为基底宽3倍。

Backfilled soil must be compacted, with compaction coefficient >0.94; and the depth shall be 3 times of the width of the fundus.

7、柱平法施工构造按《03G101-1》执行，在纵向钢筋接头区域箍筋间距为100。

The bushing construction structure shall comply with the Drawing Monograph No. 03G101-1, and the hooping spacing in the vertical rebar connecting zone shall be 100mm.

8、花兰螺栓必须终拧张紧，SC-1与钢梁上翼缘下侧节点板连接

Turnbuckles must be tightened in final twisting, with SC-1 connected to the node plate under the girth of the steel
