一.先去adobe官网，找downloads。

二.找到需要下载的Flash Player或者Reader。

三.点击立即下载，将会问是否下载在线安装包。

四.弹出的保存文件对话框是在线安装包的。先把它取消，并在页面里“单击此处”进入疑难解答。

五.找到：
