gitlab是由几部分组成的：git + ruby + unicorn + rails + nginx + mysql + redis + mattermost + go + Logrotate 

yum、ruby、gem等因城墙原因网速很慢，因此需要配置好各种镜像源。


安装时，前期没有找到官方权威，一直在英文里面走弯路。

安装过程中，各个组件之间相互依赖，即使一个组件内也有不同的版本，从而导致了各种问题。

因为本身是学习PHP出身的，因此对ruby的环境配置不理解，导致走了很多的坑。

这样的软件安装，最好是一次安装多次使用，避免将时间浪费在不必要的地方。
