Ubuntu，there is no "Kingsoft", but have "StarDict".
We can install it use "Synaptic Package Manager". we just need to search in Synaptic "stardict-gtk", then choose to install stardict-gtk package on it.

After install, you will find "StarDict" in Application=>Accessories=>StarDict.

But, by default, there are no dictionaries after installation.

You can download any dictionaries from http://stardict.sourceforge.net/Dictionaries.php.
