Abstract: With the increasing popularity of mobile Internet technologies, people's social life is undergoing tremendous changes. People-to-people exchanges are no longer confined to face-to-face communication. Through forums, knowledge and ideological exchanges are entirely new forms of communication. At this time, the role of the Internet has been separated from the original identity. Users can use the forum not only to access knowledge that is not available in books, but also to communicate and discuss issues with others.

???The purpose of this design is to develop a C language programming forum system based on JSP technology to create an exchange and interaction platform for students and students, students, and teachers under the classroom, so as to provide the majority of undergraduate students who are learning C programming. Add an exchange of programming ideas. This system divides the entire forum into foreground display and background management according to the user's authority. Among them, using HTML and CSS technology to set up the front display interface, using the struts2 framework to manage the background business logic and data flow. Coupled with the open source MySQL database, the relevant data of the C language programming forum is stored separately, which not only improves the forum's access speed, but also makes the forum easier to maintain.

In practical tests, this C language programming forum system not only has powerful extension functions, but also is very convenient for system maintenance, and can fully meet the needs of the beginning of design.
