2.构建成功后项目的默认web app版本是 2.3

3.修改web.xml头标签内容

4.保证servlet-api为高版本

5.打开Navigator窗口，点击Window -> Show View -> Navigator，修改jst.web版本为3.1，java版本为1.7以上。

6.在pom.xml build标签中添加如下配置，版本要与org.eclipse.wst.common.project.facet.core.xml中的版本一致。

7. 右键项目，Maven -> Update Project就OK了。
