重装Win XP后，Ubuntu系统的启动菜单就不见了，需要手动启动安装Ubuntu系统，进入系统桌面通过终端的命令恢复Ubuntu的引导菜单。
1.先进入Ubuntu系统的桌面，两种方法：
（1）在Win XP下从硬盘启动Ubuntu 8.04系统(需要下载Ubuntu的ISO文件，进行grub硬盘启动配置)
  （2）使用ubuntu  8.04 live cd启动
2.进入Ubuntu系统桌面，在终端输入命令
红色 字体为输入的命令， 输入命令后按“ 回车 ”键确定， 蓝色 为输入命令显示的信息 ：
  sudo grub
     [ Minimal BASH-like line editing is supported.   For
         the   first   word,  TAB  lists  possible  command
         completions.  Anywhere else TAB lists the possible
         completions of a device/filename. ]
grub>  find /boot/grub/stage1
  (hd0,6)
grub>   root (hd0,6)
grub>  setup (hd0)

 Checking if "/boot/grub/stage2" exists... yes
 Checking if "/boot/grub/reiserfs_stage1_5" exists... yes

恢复完毕，重新启动。
