Wndows server 2008 R2 总是卡住 “Applying computer settings”

1. Click Start, type regedit in the Start Search box, and then press ENTER.
2. Locate and then click the following registry subkey:
3. HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\HTTP
4. On the Edit menu, point to New, and then click Multi-string Value.
5. Type DependOnService, and then press ENTER.
6. Right-click DependOnService, and then click Modify.
7. In the Value data box, type CRYPTSVC, and then click OK.
8. Exit Registry Editor.
9. Restart the computer.
