There will be moments when the only thing left is for us to question our existence.

总时有一些瞬间，让人感觉留给我们的唯一的事情就是质疑我们自身的存在。

There are always days when we get so lonely and depressed and the world has lost its colours.

我们总有感到孤独和沮丧的一段日子，仿佛整个世界都黯然无色。

There will be times when we lose all reasons for living and life will seem so hard that we wish there was no such thing as tomorrow.

我们也总有感觉毫无生存缘由的时候，生活看起来是如此艰难以至于我们希望没有诸如明天这种事物。

But then again,we should also know that problems are just another bitterness in life trying to twist the personage in each of us and corrupt our perceptions about life.

但是话又说回来，我们也应该明白，困难只不过是人生中的另一种苦难，试图扭转我们每一个人命运，并且败坏我们对于人生的认知。

When these times happen,do not succumb to the temptations of giving up.

在这个时候，请不要屈服于投降的诱惑。

Yes,the only way to be happy is to suffer willingly.

是的，唯一可以快乐的方式是心甘情愿承受这一切。
