    这是由于载入的资源文件（****.ico）是真彩色，即3个字节的，而VC6.0只支持256色，因此出现错误！

This error means your icon file doesn't match the format, rc.exe doesn't support over 256-colors or PNG-based icon, you need to transform it with a icon replacement tool.
