环境：Windows 2008 ， Exchange 2007

问题：Exchange 不正常卸载后，再运行安装程序，出现错误：Setup Fails With Error: The Exchange Server Is in an Inconsistent State. Only Disaster Recovery Mode is Available

原因：Exchange虽然卸载，但AD中相关环境没有清除

解决方案：

1.     Launch ADSI Edit. To do this, click Start, click Run, type adsiedit.msc in the text box, and then click OK.

2.     Locate the Exchange server object by going to the following location: CN=Configuration, DC= Domain Name, DC=com, CN=Services, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=<Organization Name>, CN=Administrative Groups, CN= <Exchange Administrative Group>, CN=Servers, CN=<Server Name>.

3.     Delete the server object.

4.     Remove the Exchange server's machine account from Security groups Exchange Servers and Exchange Install Domain Servers.

 缺省环境下，打开ADSI Edit找不到CN=Configuration .....，建立连接选项选择配置：

 


将AD环境清除后，可以正常运行安装程序。但在进行检查时，出现错误：the nominated exchange server or offline address book‘default offline address book' has been deleted.  Nominate a valid server and restart setup. 

此问题可以通过以下方法解决：

1.Run ADSI edit.
2.Go to configuration
(CN=Services, CN=Microsoft Exchange, CN=Domain, CN=Address Lists Container..)
Keep on following the sub CN's until you reach CN=Offline Address Lists
3.Delete the files in there.
