Resignation letter

I regret to inform you that I decide to leave the company next weekend. Thank you very much for the care and assistance from you and the company.
I also hope that my resignation will not bring much inconvenience to you and the company.

There are some reasons followed.  
    1. The company is too far away from home. Every day, I have to spend more than two and half hours on my way to company.    
    2. It is too difficult for me to rent a house near the company.
    3. My family wanted me to go home earlier to have some blind date.
