RESIGNATION LETTER (邮件标题)
Dear Mr. XXX:
I'm sorry to offer you my resignation, I've decided to leave this company for personal reasons. My lastday will be March 22, 2009. There's one month prior to my departure for assisting in the transition process, please be assured that I will do my best in transferring my work to someone else, and hopefully my resignation will not affect project schedule. 
This decision has been difficult due to the rewording relationships developed during the past two years and a half. Please accept my thanks for your unquestionable support and leadership here, and my best wishes for the company’s continued growth.
