Abstract：In view of the file transfer service on the server-side program development repeatability, proposing an XML-interface that facilitates different types of web application which is developed by different language. At the same time, taking into account the server usually runs at high speed backbone network, so using UDT protocol to ensure the transmission performance. In addition, in response to transmission security and integrity issues, it has taken RSA and MD5 algorithm as a service system supplement. This file transfer service could meet the basic needs of the file transfer on the server side.
