Outlook打印邮件时错误 cannot print unless an item is selected

症状：outlook打印邮件时收到错误信息：cannot print unless an item is selected

 

展开帮助后得到如下信息：

This error may due to a missing or corrupt Outlprnt file.? To correct this problem, restart Outlook.
If the problem persists and the file is present, it is probably corrupt and must be either deleted or have its name changed so that a new file can be rebuilt automatically.? Search for the file, rename it or delete it, and then restart Outlook.? Outlook will rebuild the file automatically if it is not present.? This problem can persist if the drive is damaged, file is locked by another program, or if Outlook is also corrupt.
Additionally, this problem can persist if:
The drive is damaged,
The file is locked by another program, or
Outlook is also corrupt.

原因：Outlprnt文件损坏

 

解决方法：搜索Outlprnt，含隐藏文件。关闭outlook，把Outlprnt改名，再开outlook，打印ok
