C# 实现发送手机短信(可用)

前几天分享了java如何对接短信接口的实例,这两天技术经理又布置了任务要求在老的网站也要对接短信接口,捡起了之前学习的c#,但是因为年代久远,所有在技术方面略有不熟悉的,就参考了其他同行的代码~~加以修改,现在把源码分享给大家,希望可以给大家一个帮助,当然短信验证码还是用的互亿无线的短信平台,www.ihuyi.com
