此时，我们可以到IIS管理控制台中查看，我们会发现CitrixWebInterface5.3.0AppPool或者DefaultAppPool已经停止工作了。

同时可以在事件查看器中看到类似的事件日志：

The worker process for application pool 'CitrixWebInterface5.3.0AppPool' encountered an error Cannot read configuration file due to insufficient permissions trying to read configuration date from file c:\Windows\Microsoft.NET\Framework\V2.0.50727\CONFIG\machine.config,line number '0'.The data field contains the error code.

这个应该和2003上的问题类似，所以可以尝试重装.NET 2.0.

另外一种方法，给machine.config文件NETWORK SERVICE的Read权限即可，可能还需要对Framwork64目录下对应的machine.config文件也加上权限。然后重启IIS服务，来释放应用程序池（AppPool）
