配置maven使用阿里云maven源

配置maven使用阿里源可以提高编译速度，添加文件~/.m2/setting.xml。 此外，为了使用lambda等特性，修改默认编译器为jdk1.8。

配置sbt编译使用阿里云maven

也可以使用阿里云maven加速sbt的编译，添加./sbt/repositories内容如下
