The Content Analyst will analyze Symantec-related internet content to assess customer perspectives and determine applicable responses. Using knowledge gathered from the social web, the Analyst will help Symantec identify improvements to both processes and products, in order to enhance the customer experience. These improvements will aim to build customer loyalty and create long-term value for Symantec.
The Content Analyst will master social media monitoring tools, identify actionable social mentions and escalate them to applicable Symantec personnel. The Content Analyst will also envision and spearhead initiatives to improve internal practices and external touch points. In so doing, the Content Analyst will advocate internally for superior customer experience design and execution. 

Responsibilities
1.Serve a 4 hour daily shift on the social media monitoring and triage dashboard
2.Execute sophisticated analysis that translates data into actionable insights
3.Deliver these insights to product teams to guide development of future offerings
4.Engage in continual learning, to stay ahead of the evolving social media landscape
Requirements
1.Excellent English, could understand English sarcasm and irony on social media
2.Could speak Chinese, Japanese or Korean
3.Powerful intrinsic desire to serve customers and improve their experience
4.Proven excellence in judgment, problem solving, and analytical ability
5.A track record of social media use, either personally or professionally
6.A proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, stimulating role
7.Superior English-language written communication skills
8.Experience with American colloquialisms
