造成以上错误的原因为：配置监听和手动创建数据库的顺序倒了，应该在先安装完数据库软件后，再配置网络监听，接下来再进行数据库的手动创建工作。
 
把之前创建的数据库test1，用DBCA图形工具删除，再用netca命令重新配置网络监听，即可。
