openvswich进程重启的问题，如果只是单纯重启openvswich和neutron-openvswitch-agent进程，会引起被重启的宿主机上的所有的虚拟机否无法通信，重启openvswich进程后必须初始化ovsdb数据库，按下面顺序重启即可。

1、重启openvswich进程

/etc/init.d/openvswitch restart

2、初始化openvswich数据库，

ovs-vsctl --no-wait init

3、启动neutron-openvswitch-agent,

/etc/init.d/neutron-openvswitch-agent restart
