Problem:
VS shows me an error window with msg ":Operation could not be completed" when I try to build the whole solution or any library or project in this solution.
Solution:
Right click "web application" -->Property Pages-->References: Then remove the reference(s) whose type is unavailable(You may get a warning or something like that, ignore it).
DONE. Wish this would help if Google takes you right here.
