怎样使用Purchase Order Change Suggestion

1. 找到一个Part，例如00C2，改变它的Min On-Hand 和 Safty Stock，比如改成100和600。保存。

注意：只有是实在的part，而不是虚拟的part才能Generate PO Suggestion (check "Quantity bearing")

2.运行Generate PO Suggestion

Menu Path: Material Management > Purchase Management > General Operations > Generate Suggestions

1) For the Processing Option, select Regenerative.

2) Leave the Cutoff Date field blank.

3) In the Schedule field, accept the default of Now.

4) Accept all other defaults.

5) Click Process.

3. 产生PO

Material Management > Purchase Management > General Operations > New PO Suggestions

通过望远镜找到PartNum = 00C2的PO Suggestion

在 Material List sheet 中选择00C2行的buy的checkbox

1) From the Actions menu, select Generate Purchase Orders.

2) On the Purchase Order Suggestions window, click OK.

3) In the Continue with Generate? message, click Yes

可以到这里看PO是否产生

Menu Path: Material Management > Purchase Management > General Operations > Purchase Order Tracker

4. 回到第一步，把Min On-Hand 和Safty Stock 改成50和100。保存。

5. 运行Purchase Order Change Suggestion。

Material Management > Purchase Management > General Operations > Change PO Suggestions

用望远镜找到PartNum = 00C2的PO。选择“Accept”。
