MSN WEB DEV (urgent)
职位要求：
1, 熟悉B/S架构下的网站、网页开发
2, 熟悉微软的相关技术与平台比如.Net, SQL/SQL Server, C#, ASP.net等
3, 熟悉Web方面的知识与技术,如：HTML,CSS,XSLT,XML,AJAX,Java脚本,XPath, OOD
Web Architecture, Web Security等
4, 有一定的工作或项目经验,思维活跃，有面向对象开发的思维
5, 良好的英语读写听说能力，一定的口语表达能力，
6, 基本功扎实，很强的学习能力，沟通能力，有潜力。

DEVs:

MSN SDET

此职位为WEB研发测试工程师，研发测试是基于测试，但需要一定的研发基础的测试工程师。
职位要求：
1,有一定的.net／xml／sql的开发经验
2,熟悉测试的基本理论与流程，有相当的测试经验，熟悉WEB方面的相关技术，如asp.net,xml,xslt,html,css,iis,java脚本等
3,有丰富的单元测试，黑／白盒测试经验，能根据要求设定测试框架，测试用例。
4,英语读写听说能力良好
或者从事WEB开发，但是愿意往测试方向发展的也可。

Responsibilities:
R26; Write test cases for web application especially from the technical view
R26; Submit some good test methods or solutions on how to test
R26; Coding for part of test tool or automation tool independently
R26; Find bugs or potential bugs by code review

Requirement:
R26; Have knowledge on C# or C++, Flash, Xslt, XML, SQL Server
R26; Full understanding of the software development cycle and test roles

R26; Open clear bugs
R26; Write organized daily status report clearly
R26; Test signs off

Requirement:

4, 熟悉和了解以下相关技术:

MSN PM
Level 1:

Responsibility:

Work with dev/des/test team to ship msn media solutions project in time and quality.

Skillsets:

- Fluent in English
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Accountable to the work
- Has the basic knowledge about web development
- Ability to understands the related platform, working process, guidelines, constraints, etc
- Retrospect and self learning ability
- Self motivated and work with passion
- Able to provide reasonable schedules to assigned project
- Identify all internal stakeholders and dependencies
- Monitor and proactively report project status, fast responding to any project issues
- Working to consistently meet project milestones
- Able to take pressure and work under tight schedules

Level 2:

Responsibility:

Manage the end-to-end delivery of projects that are likely to high in complexity and involve various third party organizations.

Skillsets:

- Effectively setup communication channels with stakeholders of various technical / cultural background
- Customer oriented, is able to provide decisions in client perspective to achieve the project succeed.
- Effectively prioritize key customer requirements for related features and releases
- Well understand various project developing platforms and their implementation process
- Functional specification writing skill
- Create schedule that accurately reflects delivery of the feature or project, specifying tracking milestones
- Predict and removed obstacles for the project team
- Ability to drive or influent all stakeholders to make efforts in meeting project milestones
- Strong information acquisition and investigation skills
- Negotiation and interpersonal skills - managing client expectations as well as the project team’s internal relationship tactically

Level 3:

Responsibility:

Has direct responsibility and accountability for the management and overall success of multiple concurrent projects within the business unit.

Skillsets:

- Proactively investigates why problem occurred and what changes need to be implemented in order to improve the quality
- In-depth knowledge of project management methodology including business and technical issues
- Ability to identify risks and create contingency plan
- Recruiting, mentoring, supervision and coaching ability
- Maintains effective and efficient communications at all levels throughout the Project Management Life Cycle
