1、还是新建一条规则，这条规则的作用是禁止部分邮箱账号接受外部邮件，按next

2、勾选from users that are inside or outside the organization , or partners和sent to a member of distribution list,第一项选定outside the organization,第二项选定Intranet_Group@albert.iego.cn 通讯组，这个通讯组是我们需要测试的不能接受外部邮件组。按next

3、选定sent rejection message to sender with enhanced status code

4、在rejection message 里输入拒绝理由，Enhanced status code里输入拒绝代码，如“5.7.12”

5、这里也可以添加例外，勾选when the from address matches text patterns

6、按text patterns添加 @albert01.iego.cn和@albert03.iego.cn两个域，也就是说，Intranet通讯组只接受@albert01.iego.cn、@albert03.iego.cn两个域和本组织域@albert.iego.cn, 其他组织发送过来的邮件都会遭到拒绝，而且也会提示刚才设置的rejection message和enhanced status code然后按OK

9、按Finish完成规则的创建,至此，Intranet通讯组不能接受外部邮件了，除了添加的例外域。接下来，当外部的邮件发送给本组织时，就会回执刚才我们设定的Rejection message和Enhanced status code
