最近一直没有使用数据库，连接的时候才发现用不了，原因是无法启动服务。
在网上查了下资料，解决了。
 
查看了一下LOG（C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSSQL.1\MSSQL\LOG），内容如下：
エラー: 17190、重大度: 16、状態: 1。
FallBack certificate initialization failed with error code: 1.
エラー: 26015、重大度: 16、状態: 1。
Unable to load user-specified certificate. Because connection encryption is required, the server will not be able to accept any connections. You should verify that the certificate is correctly installed. See "Configuring Certificate for Use by SSL" in Books Online.
エラー: 17182、重大度: 16、状態: 1。

SQL Server could not spawn FRunCM thread. Check the SQL Server error log and the Windows event logs for information about possible related problems.
 
发生原因：
本地计算机在公司的域中，每过一段时间要变更一回密码，密码变更后，造成的服务无法启动。
 
对应方法如下：
1.打开服务列表。
 
2. 打开服务。
 
3. 修改登录的用户名和密码。
