　　Windows Azure使用Live ID作为账户，当用户登录Windows Azure Portal并且输入了Windows Live ID登录并且购买了Windows Azure服务之后，这个Live ID就会被称作Subscription Live ID。通常情况下，这个Live ID由公司的财务人员或项目经理持有。

　　Subscription Live ID用户可以关联多个Live ID用来使用他所购买的这个Windows Azure Subscription，而这些Live ID成为Admin Live ID。 Admin Live ID可以控制当前Subscription 以内的所有功能，包括创建删除Service (Hosting Service和Storage Service)，创建删除SQL Azure Server以及创建删除Windows Azure AppFabric Namespace等。这个Admin Live ID的持有者通常是项目经理。

　　对于Windows Azure部分，Admin Live ID的持有者还可以创建Co-Admin Live ID，来实现多人控制Windows Azure的需求。Co-Admin Live ID拥有同Admin Live ID一样的权限，但是Co-Admin不能管理其他的Co-Admin Live ID以及Admin Live ID，即他不能删除除Admin Live ID创建的别的Co-Admin Live ID。
