请注意这几行:

InnoDB: Error: log file .\ib_logfile0 is of different size 0 10485760 bytes
InnoDB: than specified in the .cnf file 0 5242880 bytes!

你能够计算一下10485760的大小，10485760/1024/1024=10，改动my.ini,

innodb_log_file_size = 10M
