Issue description:

RHEL Linux is panic when it boots at very begining.  Thinking it may be an issue of initramfs problem.

Diagnose Steps:

1. Boot the server into rescure mode via RHEL dvd.

2. copy /boot/initramfs.`uname -r`.p_w_picpath to local filesystem , /var/tmp/

3. make a temporary directory . /var/tmp/kernel_p_w_picpath

4. gzip -cd /boot/initramfs.xxxx.img |cpio -idm

5. when I look at init script, and realised that vg for root file system has a wrong name. modify it and change it back from vg01 to vg00.

6. Rebuild the kernel.

   find . -print |cpio -c -o|gzip -c -9 >/boot/initramfs.xx...img

Result:

reboot the sytem , it becomes normal.  oh yaa.
