安装intel编译器的时候，快要结束的时候报这种错误，系统重新装了一遍也是这样，centos7，scientific Linux这两种系统都试过了，都报错

另外这台小服务器之前拿去作为集群的一个节点使用，现在从集群中拿回来重新安装系统，发现出了如此的问题，在用作集群之前也是我在用，并没有这种错误。

请指教

是不是机器哪里出了问题？
