SSH项目打包发布异常，不打包却正常？何解？

为什么我把程序(SSH)放在SRC中发布就可以运行，把SRC打包JAR后再次发布，SPRING2.5出现了BeanCreationException呢？这个是怎么回事呢？

我的目录是原先把所有的，程序都放在SRC下直接发布可以正常运行，但是久了会抛：Too many open files 所以想打个包，结果呢，打包后发布不成功

在业务和DAO中我用的是SPRING2。5的注解(Autowire)..我估计就那出问题了，但是不知道怎么解决，朋友们有没有遇到这样的问题？
