Solution:
Start

>control
—
>printers and faxes
—
>choose the printer
—
>Properties
—
>Security
—
>add administrator
then open the printer and set it as Default. after that login in ,delete the administrator, This method to resolve is too unwieldiness but I have no other idea. Hoping others sharing the better, Ths!
