在使用SQL Server 2008 版本的时候，当我Design更改表然后保存时出现如下错误：
Saving changes is not permitted. The changes you have made require the following tables to be dropped and re-created. You have either made changes to a table that can't be re-created or enabled the option Prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created.
成了保存文件或取消.
 
 
提示信息:
"or enabled the option Prevent saving changes that require the table to be re-created."
 
这个只需要修改Tools-> Options -> Designers 然后按照下图进行设置。
将Prevent saving changes that require table re-creation 前的勾选去掉.
 
 
点击OK后，表的结构就可以修改保存了.
