摘 要

随着计算机在大中小企业的普及应用，信息化的优势已是显而易见的了。高校是一种数据信息保管量比较大的单位所以实现高校信息化是必然的趋势。高校学生和教职工的数量在不断的增加，随着生活条件的改善，学生和教职工对学校的宿舍、教室环境等教学、生活场所的要求越来越高。高校的后勤维修更是成为了大家关注的要点，如果维修不能及时进行，给学生以及教职工的生活带来不便，很容易引起学生及教职工的不满，从而降低大家的学习工作效率。

后勤维修的时效性、维修付款的便捷性、维修情况的及时反馈、对维修材料库存情况的掌握程度以及维修物品的采购等问题都是后勤维修部门负责人员需要认真考虑的实际问题。利用后勤维修系统，实现在线报修、维修单管理、自费维修费用的缴纳以及维修物品的采购，这既提高了维修速度以及维修的质量，还能使得高校的人力、物力、财力得到极大的节省。

经过实地调研，XX大学已经使用了校园一卡通系统，并且校园的信息化程度也比较高，因此，后勤维修系统的分析与设计利用网络，整合现有资源，能给学校后勤维修管理能力带来实质性的提升。通过对该系统的可行性分析、学校后勤维修部门组织结构与职能分析、维修的业务流程分析、数据流程分析以及系统功能结构设计，该系统主要实现了维修管理、仓库管理、采购管理、收付款管理以及反馈管理等功能。

ABSTRACT

With the widespread application of computer and Internet technology in the large, medium and small scaled enterprises, the advantages of the utilization of information technology are becoming apparent. The education information will be the information time development inevitable trend since the management of data in the university is so heavy. The number of students in the university is increasing and with the improvement of the life quality and living quality, students and the teaching and administrative staff of the university pay more attention to the quality of student dormitory, department, classrooms and so on .Undoubtedly the quality of logistic service in higher institution has been paid particular attention to. It may bring inconvenience to students and teachers if the broken things can not be repaired as soon as possible. The inconvenience may also cause broadcast discontent and this would lower the efficiency of study and work.

The logistics maintenance manager should take a lot of practical problems into careful consideration such as the timeliness and convenience of logistic maintenance and the procurement, transportation and storage of the material. Take advantage of the logistic maintenance information system can make it possible to ask for maintenance, manage the repair order, pay for the repair
