grid oracle net,安装Grid后再安装数据库时，提示应该从Grid Home中启动NETCA，请问如何实现？...

安装Grid 11gR2后再安装Database 11gR2数据库软件，安装类型为“安装数据库软件并创建数据库”，在安装过程中出现以下错误：

根据提示，查看日志文件尾部内容如下：
