A. The estimation of the sales will come from 80% of the average of the sales for the current month or from a formula.

B. The main issue for the BOM design is that certificates from Classification Society are different and convertible. After our discussions, the current solution is to use different material code and different BOM to distinguish them. Mine design is to use virtual warehouse to distinguishe them. Different certified material or different material will have only one BOM, which can decrease the maintenance and repair for large quantity of materials and BOM data. Further verification will be needed.

C. It's necessary to utilize a batch management system. It'll be much easier to track the source of materials, distinguish different products, and help the warehouse supervisor to establish a better monitoring system. Meanwhile, Ajex is required to monitor the system. We'll start from May to document warehouse in-and-out records and establish a 台卡 system.
