At present,most of the high speed data acquisition systems based on PCI bus are designed by adopting high speed A/D converter,CPLD or FPGA,FIFO or dual ports RAM and commonly used PCI interface.Thus the generality and flexibility of the systems are not good enough and the performance of PCI bus cannot be brought into full play.Aiming at the insufficiency,and on the basis of analysis of the features of pipeline technology,the method of designing high-speed data acquisition system based on PCI bus by adopting pipeline technology is expounded.The system designed with this method offers very high speed of data acquisition and data transmission,better generality and flexibility.
