RF HW&SW integration

Responsibility

Works as an experienced RF HW&SW integration engineer to integrate RF HW, RF SW, DFE, Beamer, etc for Nokia 5G radio module development

He/She has the responsibility for planning, executing and reporting in RF integration area

He/She has the responsibility for radio product bring up and

HW&SW integration to achieve radio full functionality and design maturity

Radio Key features integration, e.g. DPD functionality, Beamforming calibration, eCPRI

Leads and executes integration activities, including necessary trouble-shooting and root cause analysis during integration

Radio unit standalone testing or with X-step/SM testing based on need

Radio unit performance optimization based on need

Cooperation with other teams together for L1 and L3 level integration activities

Cooperation with other program/project stakeholders to meet required program/project scope, schedule, cost and quality targets

Requirement

Strong knowledge in telecommunication or electronics or circuit design or computer science

Design experience in RF or Bb is preferred

Radio hardware design or integration experience is preferred

Python or MATLAB program skills preferred

FPGA skills is preferred

Beamforming related knowledge is preferred

eCPRI related knowledge is preferred

Team player and self-motivated

Fluent oral and written English skill is needed
