Abstract:

In order to ensure the daily examination and maintenance of the river water ecological environment more efficient, the intelligent river management system based on mobile terminal has been designed and implemented. An efficient track rectifying algorithm is adopted in this system, which makes the track more smoothly displayed in the map by filtering out the mistakes and invalid track positioning data. The index scale-based analytic hierarchy process in rank model of river pollution is proposed, and the rank of river pollution in the region is sent to the user by push technology. The results demonstrate that the system operates with simplicity and stability, and improves the efficiency of river staff work, solving the problems that the staff can not give timely treatment to the inspection tasks problem as well as whether the staffs follow the scheduled timetable and route.
