数据库本地服务器为空,本地搭建的服务器访问不到数据库数据

请问下按照老师的文档把本地服务器运行起来了,网页能出现Hello world,IDEA也链接上数据库了,但是为什么用接口访问不到数据库的数据

访问本地 http://192.168.1.102:8080/Kotlin_war_exploded/category/getCategory

postman返回的错误信息:
