Fault analysis and troubleshooting of OTIS ACD series DLM and 0400 RSL parity
It’s reported that every OTIS elevator equipped with control panel LCB-II TCBC GECB is likely to meet with the fault of 0400 RSL parity when its service life is long. The serial communication chain with a pair of G, for group control communication chain in the parallel elevator floor, would link to the outbound call and the H, for hall communication chain, would connect to the information of the certain floor. When the fault of 0400 RSL parity appears, the mentioned 2 communication chains must be checked and tested on the control station plate and the terminal plate until the fault is eliminated.
The recovery of DLM would be achieved after opening and closing the car door in the normal state and try the door contact and DOL signal. The DLM would be eliminated when it shows a trouble-free running.
