python pandas安装read time out,使用pip安装软件时，出现错误： raise ReadTimeoutError

WIN+R——>cmd.exe——>

C:\Users\Administrator>cd /d e:

pip install pandas

pip install numpy

pip install matplotlib

出现如下错误：

raise ReadTimeoutError(self._pool, None, 'Read timed out.')

pip._vendor.urllib3.exceptions.ReadTimeoutError: HTTPSConnectionPool(host='files.pythonhosted.org', port=443): Read timed out.

解决方案：

C:\用户\Administrator\下，新建pip文件夹，在创建pip.ini文件(先创建txt,复制下面内容，修改文件后缀ini)，拷贝下面代码进去，保存；

index-url = https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple

然后再用pip命令安装库
