摘 要

随着信息技术日新月异的发展，带动了许多行业走向现代化、信息化和科技化。信息技术不仅为各行业带来高效的管理，更为人们的生活带来了方便快捷，在现代生活中占据着越来越重要的地位。近年来城市发展中普遍受到人们关注的堵车问题既反映出了各地区的汽车拥有量在增加，也突出了交通管理部门工作的繁重与管理人员的压力。尤其是车辆违章情况是交通管理中非常严重的问题，投入大量的警力和人力支持才能维持运转的方式是不太可行的，因此提高车辆违章的有效管理这就得要依托现代化信息技术。引进车辆违章信息管理系统可以提高工作的效率，支持信息的共享，既能够减轻管理部门的负担，也给普通用户带来了方便。本论文系统地阐述了车辆违章信息管理系统的功能及功能的实现，包括交通信息公布、车辆违章信息查询、在线咨询等方面内容。针对车辆违章信息管理系统的可行性及研究意义进行分析，采用A技术，结合SQL server2008数据库等先进技术进行整个过程的开发，使得此系统操作简易，具有可扩展性、快捷性、性价比高、易于维护等优势。利用这些优势实现对车辆违章信息的高效、科学化管理，减少劳动力，结合先进信息技术来提高资源整合和劳动质量。

ABSTRACT

With the rapid development of information technology, led to the modernization of many industries, information technology, science and technology. Efficient management information technology not only for the industry, has brought more people's lives convenient, plays an increasingly important role in modern life.
