工作考勤管理系统

摘    要

考勤管理员的考勤的工作不仅工做量大，而且时效性强。在过去，企业多采用签到和报表式进行管理，效率和透明度较差。计算机技术特别是数据库技术的发展为企业建立管理信息系统，对改变管理思想起着不可估量的作用。实践证明信息技术已在企业的管理层面扮演越来越重要的角色。随着数据技术的发展以及企业信息化建设的进行，使用计算机管理企业考勤工作以成为大势所趋。由计算机管理的数据技术节约了企业的人力物力，同时也大大减轻了考勤工作人员的工作量。一切的统计和计算都计算机代为管理了，工作考勤信息管理系统对企业的合理化管理起到了很大的作用，有利于企业的信息化建设，同时，也有利于加强对敏感资源的管理，使敏感资源更加安全。

Management System of Attendance

Abstract

The labor work on attendance demands lots of work, and timeliness is strong. On the past, enterprise adopts signing to manage,and the efficiency and transparency are relatively poor. Development of database technology have the immeasurable effect to build Management Information System for enterprise. It is proved that database plays an role in the enterprise administration. With development of data technology and informationize construction of enterprise go along ,management by using computer of the attendance becomes an irresistible trend. The administrative data technology saves plenty of manpower and material resources,and amount of work have lightened the staff who do attendance work. All statistics and calculation managed by computer , management system of attendance plays an important role in the enterprise rationalization and the informationize enterprise construction.At the same time, it is also beneficial to reinforce the administration of sensitive resource , and make them safe.
