oracle 11g was,ORA-07445 Oracle 11g — oracle-tech

Hallo,

We use Oracle Database 11g Enterprise Edition Release 11.2.0.1.0 - 64bit Production. We have got an ORA-07445 in our production database.

Message: An access violation detected in log file ******/alert/log.xml at time/line number: Wed Aug 26 00:04:01 2015/128393.

133219 ORA-7445 [dbgrmqmqpk_query_pick_key()+2033] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x2470 ...

The trace file has no information about the SQL which has caused this exception. The output from the trace file is given below,

ORA-07445: exception encountered: core dump [dbgrmqmqpk_query_pick_key()+2033] [SIGSEGV] [ADDR:0x0] [PC:0x247045D] [SI_KERNEL(general_protection)] []

This has not affected the database performance and BAU. But we would like to understand the reason for the problem. Any idea what can be done??
