android otp接口,解决 Could not read /opt/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools/api/annotations.zip

最近在CentOS服务器上构建android项目的时候，出现如下错误：

[Fatal Error] :3:214: The value of attribute "name" associated with an element type "item" must not contain the '

Could not read /opt/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools/api/annotations.zip

java.io.IOException: Could not parse XML from android/accounts/annotations.xml

根据错误的意思是，/opt/android-sdk-linux/platform-tools/api/annotations.zip这个压缩包里面的xml无法解析。

错误指出的很清楚：[Fatal Error] :3:214: The value of attribute "name" associated with an element type "item" must not contain the '

android/accounts/annotations.xml 文件中，第三行，214列的位置：

并且把标签内的 ‘’ 字符分别替换成 "”。 ，注意不止一个地方有这个问题，有25处：
