解决Spring整合SpringMVC时,Bean被实例化两次的问题

HelloWorld和UserService 的构造方法都被实例化了两次

解决方法

1. 使 Spring 的 IOC 容器扫描的包和 SpringMVC 的 IOC 容器扫描的包没有重合的部分.
2. 使用 exclude-filter 和 include-filter 子节点来规定扫描的注解
