Failed to obtain Designer plugin code generation service.

The Designer plugin (not Qml Designer!) provides the required object. Is that plugin available and enabled? Check in “Help>About Plugins”.

Please consider to use better binaries than those from Gentoo. The ebuild uses a random set of USE flags to disable random things and does not bother to also disable the stuff that depends on the removed code. Sorry, but that mess is something that I can not help with, please report that to gentoo instead!
