在applicationContext.xml中配置jdbcTemplate

在配置dpcp数据源时出现错误，仔细检查了一下发现是property中name的属性值问题，这里的name属性值要和

BasicDataSource类里的属性名对应，否则会引发 org.springframework.beans.NotWritablePropertyException异常。
