springBoot1.5.x之后的版本不在支持velocity，解决方法 ：

1、如何想要使用velocity，降低springboot版本

<parent>
   <groupId>org.springframework.boot</groupId>
   <artifactId>spring-boot-starter-parent</artifactId>
   <version>1.3.5.RELEASE</version>
   <relativePath/> <!-- lookup parent from repository -->
</parent>

如何想要使用后缀为.html的velocity模板需要在application.properties做如下配置

spring.velocity.suffix=.html
spring.velocity.cache=false

2、使用Freemarker，Thymeleaf，Mustache，Groovy 等模板

3、如果不想降低springboot版本
